Even though we're located in Arizona, some of our clients are over a thousand miles from us.
Using the Internet and the telephone, we can provide support when it's needed most.
Our Business Philosophy and Strategy
Smaller businesses typically do not have experienced technical staff supporting their information systems. Our primary focus is directed toward
providing the necessary expertise to make these businesses more productive and efficient.
We do not sell computers, because we want our advice to be free of any possible bias. We do assist our clients in making their
purchasing decisions for computer hardware and software.
We are paid a monthly retainer by our clients. We want the retainer to be as small as possible. In this way we can stay in touch on an
on-going basis. We include unlimited telephone support, so that our clients are encouraged to call us at the first sign of difficulty. Our goal
is to advise our clients, help their staff learn to effectively manage their systems, and augment their decision-making processes with the
necessary techical information.
Small businesses are vulnerable to the absense of their key IT staff. Because we work closely with our clients, we can fill such a gap by
providing specific knowledge and, sometimes, actual on-site assistance.
Over the years, we have developed some critical tools which are available to our clients. Many of these tools notify our client
(and PC4U) of the failure of backups, hard disk problems, anti-virus status, etc. Other tools help to increase productivity by facilitating e-mail
communication and automating routine tasks. Many of these tools report to an internal website which is constantly updated as to the status of
each issue.
