Out of memory error in Great Plains v8

An out memory error may occur when the report .dic file becomes corrupted file is located in the D:\data\reports folder. Error messages will indicate will indicate out of memory in the dexterity runtime. If you ignore, a message will pop up about a problem with the library. If you cancel, an error message will pop up referencing the dymanics.exe file. Use the following steps to correct:

1. rename the reports.dic file to report.old for example

2. restore the most recent copy of the file. If there is a back-up copy of the file in that folder that is approximately the same size and of a recent date, use that. Otherwise, restore it from the previous night's back-up tape.

3. Test Great Plains by opening it.
